I’ve been using this 53-quart electric cooler in my off-grid camper van, powered by FreezeWay refrigerator battery, and it’s been absolutely wonderful.
It’s surprisingly lightweight for its size—easy for me to move around—and very energy efficient. It only draws about 45 watts when actively cooling, and it doesn’t run constantly. The temperature drops quickly to my desired setting, and it’s extremely quiet. Honestly, I have to stop and listen to even tell it’s on.
One feature I really appreciate is the included basket. It makes accessing items at the bottom much easier—no more digging or rearranging everything.The small compartment above the compressor doesn’t get as cold as the main section, but that’s actually perfect for storing fresh produce.
Overall, this fridge has been a great addition to my setup. Highly recommend it for anyone needing reliable portable cooling!
